 revised some codes on previously posted ?Clock Speed XP? to come up with ?BVG Clock Speed version R?  lol" class="wp-smiley

There is a major GUI change in this release. Note that the ?Display Timeout? has been omitted so there are now just 2 options: Select Device and Target Speed (Mhz). Code-wise, version R incorporates snippets from Charlie Lao (oldSAP).

<p>(1) Select Device = device where you intend to use this script

(2) Target Speed (Mhz) = your desired clock speed. Please be very careful with choosing the speed. I strongly recommend that you choose a value one degree higher than your device default speed.</p>
<p>For example:

If you are using a C500 (default speed = 180), try using 186Mhz first. Should you and your phone feel comfortable with the 186Mhz speed, stick with that speed or try the next value higher than 186Mhz, that is 192Mhz.</p>
<p>&nbsp;

For reference, below are Default Clock Speed per device

Tanager = 120

Voyager = 132

C500 = 180

C550 = 180

XPhone II = 180</p>
<p>&nbsp;

4. Click the ?Set then Install? button when ready then wait for a couple of second until you see this on your PC screen? (click OK)
